I am not even going to waste any words bitching about the ALP #nospill today. What a wankfest for very, very little gain. An excellent use of Harmony Day, u guise.
(cut because it gets a bit tmi now)

It are queer_fest tiem! And look, it are on Dreamwidth this year! 😀 *dances*
Which means I now need to sort out wtf I’m doing for queer_bigbang, and what I want to do for queer_fest.
I’m tempted to do my Heru-sa-Aset/Sobek thing for Queer Fest, actually, rather than Queer BB, because I think it will fit better there. I don’t really have more than a few scattered thoughts and ideas about it, too, so I’d rather use that instead. I’ve got this image in my head of Sobek and Nit living out in a hidden oasis thing and kind of not really getting involved with the other gods? But maybe Heru-sa still knows how to get there, and Sobek’s been there since he was a baby god, and in taking the throne at the end of the Contendings, he can’t think of anyone else but Sobek to take as his consort. Which … kind of doesn’t go down well with everyone? I mean, I don’t see a lot of conflict, because I feel like it wouldn’t be that much of an issue, but I think I need to do something with Hethert (and not IDK write her badly, because I think she’d understand if Heru talked to her about it and told her why), and sort those two out, and IDK deal with a kingdom with two kings ruling together ~as a couple~<3 But I’m still figuring out where I’m going with all that, and how to write it, so at least I’ve got time to get my thoughts together about that before I contemplate doing it for queer_fest, which is what I always wanted to write it for.
